Service agreement

By using the Boredgolem licensing portal, you agree to provide accurate account and domain information, protect your credentials, and use IMWA only on sites and for purposes you are authorized to operate.

Responsible use

Location, NFC, Bluetooth, notifications, and tracking must use clear consent, a defined purpose, appropriate access controls, and a visible stop or revocation path. You are responsible for the laws and policies that apply to your site and users.

Availability

Readiness and service states are reported literally. A queued message is not a promised response time, and a configured device path is not proof that a third-party device completed an action.
